EMPLOYMENT

As we navigate which programs to support, one of our core values is to focus on working with Haitian-run, Haitian-led organizations.  One of the most significant challenges in Haiti is achieving sustainable employment.  We find substantial changes in partnering with programs that not only provide sustainable income but also offer comprehensive benefits packages.

Currently, with all the programs we support, there is a total of 282 staff members running those programs.  Leading to children getting an education, families having access to needed healthcare, and breaking the poverty cycle.​
